The gift shop operated in the lobby offers an extensive selection of carefully selected merchandize, including various souvenirs (tea, pork floss, Sing Kang Yi candy of more than hundred years old etc.). All merchandizes are guaranteed for excellence in quality at modest prices.

Front desk reception / Front desk cashier
  1. Notebook PC rental service: Free for the first 30 minutes and NT$100 per 30 minutes(30 minutes (and under) after the first 30 minutes) for room guests.
  2. Printing service: NT$ 10 per sheet of A4 sized paper in black and white.
  3. Fax service: NT$ 10 per sheet of A4 sized paper (domestic) and NT$ 100 per sheet of A4 sized paper (overseas).
  4. Mail/parcel receiving and delivery (including courier services), bouquet/fruit basket ordering, stamps, various local tour trip arrangement, souvenir shopping consultation, fax sending/receiving, message recording and safekeeping of personal belongings.
  1. Foreign currency exchange.
  2. 24H complimentary safe deposit box service.

Room guests are kindly asked to register for using the Business Information Room at the Service Center in advance for reservation, free for the first 30 minutes and NT$ 100 per 30 minutes (and under) after the first 30 minutes.
